What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property type, the service you need, a description of the work and how urgent it is. You may also attach an optional photo of the fault. Photos are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
Why we collect it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and follow up on the work, and keep a record of the job for warranty, compliance and accounting purposes.
Who sees it
Enquiry details are visible only to the team handling your job. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It may be passed to a supplier or service provider where that is necessary to complete the work, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as needed to service your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send those requests to info@reyds.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.
