Reyds Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is a Boksburg-based contractor delivering domestic, commercial and industrial electrical work across the East Rand — repairs and fault finding, rewiring and DB board upgrades, three-phase installations, lighting, backup power and COC-related work, alongside our refrigeration and air-conditioning service.
What we do
Our work covers the full range of electrical services: tracing and repairing tripping circuits, replacing old fuse boards with correctly sized distribution boards, installing earth leakage protection, adding plug points, circuits and lighting, wiring extensions, flatlets and outbuildings, and installing inverters, batteries and generator changeovers. On the commercial and industrial side that extends to shop and office fit-outs, three-phase supplies, motor circuits and starters, panel upgrades, high-bay LED retrofits and scheduled maintenance contracts.
Because the same business services refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, we spend a lot of time on the circuits that feed compressors, cold rooms and air-conditioning plant — dedicated supplies, correct isolators and overload protection sized for heavy starting currents. It also means one team can deal with both the supply and the equipment running off it.

Most of our work is for homeowners across Boksburg and the surrounding suburbs — Bartlett, Beyers Park, Sunward Park, Parkrand, Boksburg North, Atlasville, Ravenswood, Witfield and Libradene — in houses that have been extended, converted or simply outgrown their original wiring.
